English Horse Equestrian Set Dish Tankard Beer Mug Hunting Fox Ceramic Bone China Coffee Pottery Cup Fathers Day Grandfather Gift Country

This equestrian artwork theme set of two pieces includes a tankard mug and a dish. Both feature classic British painting artworks of equestrian scenes, with men riding horses, out on a hunt in nature. Both vintage ceramic pieces were crafted in England, have gilded gold trim around the rim, and are timeless functional works of art. The mug can be used for hot or cold drinks, like beer or tea. The small but practical dish with raised edges can be used to hold your jewelry on the dresser, or serving nuts or candy on your coffee table. It would also make excellent matching barware that'll be a conversation starter on display. However you decide to use them, this set of two will be the perfect gift for Father's Day or Dad's birthday. Also can be a great gift idea as a retirement gift, or for anyone who rides horses, hunts, or appreciates English artwork.

He specialised in sporting subjects, usually involving horses and his pictures became very popular even in Royal circles and he received commissions from George IV, Willam IV and Queen Victoria. The reproduction shown here is one of a series of six of his famous Hunting Scenes."
